This role is for someone who can think beyond Google rankings, understands how algorithms shape visibility across platforms, and enjoys testing unconventional strategies. You will have high autonomy and the freedom to experiment on well-known global projects.

What you’ll work on

Strengthening brand presence across algorithm-driven platforms (Google, Reddit, forums, Medium, GitHub, YouTube, AI answers)

GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization strategies

Programmatic and scalable experiments

Content and visibility testing across multiple distribution channels

Using scraping, proxies, and automation to support research and execution

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO/growth marketing Team Lead who can take the wheel on several key projects, lead a team of talented SEOs, growth marketers and be the primary point of contact for high-impact clients. You’ll be shaping strategies, reviewing outputs, managing priorities, and pushing boundaries with creative growth experiments (GEO, Parasite SEO, Reddit SEO hacks, and more). You’ll also help grow accounts and spot upsell opportunities.

Your main responsibilities

• Create from the ground OR/ AND oversee comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists (Full time employees and contractors
• Review team output and ensure quality, consistency, and performance
• Act as the primary SEO point of contact for several projects ( 3-6 projects)
• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients — set expectations, present strategies, explain results
• Spot and pitch upsell opportunities across growth and SEO services
• Collaborate with our founders on shaping processes and positioning
• Look for faster, smarter better ways to perform duties, train team to do it.

What we’re looking for

• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to lead independently
• Proven experience in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and content planning
• Hands-on familiarity with on-page, off-page, and programmatic SEO
• Ability to audit sites and translate findings into client-friendly reports
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with Python, regex, scraping is a plus
• Fluency in SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Jet Octupus, Ahrefs, GSC, custom GPTs, etc.
• A sharp communicator who’s comfortable speaking with C-levels
• Curiosity, creativity, and readiness to test unconventional ideas

What you will do?👨‍💻

You’ll step into a PPC Lead role that can scale into managing a team of specialists. You will have full ownership of client campaigns: auditing existing setups, crafting optimization strategies, reporting results and insights, and coordinating resources to ensure campaign success. You should be comfortable running campaigns independently and delegating or overseeing tasks as your team grows.
